Source Coverage
Our continuous search rectangle reaches Big Bend National Park in the south, Abilene in the east, Amarillo in the north and the Gila National Forest in the west. It includes the intervening U.S. communities: El Paso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Socorro, Silver City, Deming, Odessa, Midland, Lubbock and nearby installations. Only Texas and New Mexico notices are retrieved.
Businesses based anywhere are welcome. On the dashboard, choose Entire selected states to browse retrieved Texas and New Mexico notices beyond the home region. Choose TX or NM to narrow results. State and local program guides identify their own eligible areas.
Connected coverage
The directory contains 133 buyer and agency resources. 8 public state/city/county sources have snapshot import connections. Other entries link to the buyer's own portal. A connected source can be temporarily unavailable and a source with no retrieved bids may still have opportunities elsewhere.
SAM.gov refreshes search notices posted within 90 days, with up to 3,000 records per state before screening public active notice types. Up to six requests are made per refresh, subject to your account allowance. Older saved snapshots retain their original search period. Older open postings, missing locations and notices beyond the cap can be absent.
Construction, utility, college, corrections and minority business resources are included, but coverage is not exhaustive. Private utility supplier programs are labeled separately. We do not import resident/customer records, student records, contact directories, restricted attachments or certification documents.
School Districts
The free directory includes 56 public school district gateways, including all 12 districts listed by Region 19 for El Paso and Hudspeth counties, plus districts around the other featured cities. Community tags are navigation aids, not verified district boundaries. Most district platforms are not connected for automatic import; school notices found in the connected New Mexico state table can appear in contract results.

Source cities appear as supplied. If only a ZIP is available, we estimate the nearest Census place from a ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) center using the 2025 Census Gazetteer. This is an area estimate, not the USPS postal city or a verified jobsite. A buyer’s city is labeled separately. Google Maps and directions open that approximate area. Unknown locations remain available for review.
Task summaries are short excerpts of source descriptions when available. SAM.gov descriptions need separate requests; a small shared daily allowance protects the main search refresh. Titles and document-only notices may still require opening the official bid. The Public category groups non-government and prime-contractor opportunities; directory links are not counted as imported bids.
