How to register and prepare

1. Open the buyer’s official purchasing page and locate supplier registration.
2. Choose service or commodity categories that match what you can deliver.
3. Check the specific notice for forms, visits, amendments, question deadlines and submission instructions.

Registration does not submit a bid. Follow the specific notice for required forms, amendments, questions and the response deadline.

Before registering or responding

• Use the official portal’s supplier instructions. Registration alone does not qualify or award a contract.
• Check commodity codes, insurance, certifications, mandatory visits and response deadlines for the specific notice.
• Look for award tabulations and previous contracts at the official portal. Historical prices do not establish a current budget.
• Use only the solicitation’s designated contact and questions process.
