October 25, 2026: 112 of 112 existing Civic bid boards passed policy and listing-format checks when their required crawl delay was honored. The importer now reads supported delays automatically and uses bounded sequential requests. Disallowed routes and restricted portals remain blocked.
This checks access to public listings, including empty boards. It does not verify every contract, attachment or buyer channel, and does not clear cached production failures. Check live health for the last successful import and scheduled retry eligibility.
Checked 2026-10-07 (UTC): 126 of 132 configured local feeds returned successfully. Empty boards can pass; this is an access check, not a count of open contracts or proof that every buyer is connected.
This audit ran from the development environment; it does not replace production health or clear failed live refreshes. We continue reviewing sources and improving coverage. Check the live feed status for current refresh times, partial results and failures before relying on a notice.
Checked 2026-10-07 (UTC): 117 of 117 published sitemap pages returned successfully. The initial external-link audit tested 1,495 distinct buyer routes; 1,131 returned HTTP 200 and 364 require follow-up or a separate page check.
Timeouts, access blocks and unsupported link-check requests do not prove a link is broken. Confirmed route corrections and historical-inventory labels are reflected in buyer profiles. This is not an exhaustive audit of every inventory profile or school homepage, and page reachability does not prove current contracts or importer permission.
New public bid connections
Reviewed October 7, 2026: City of Bulverde, City of Garden Ridge, City of Tuttle, Wagoner County, City of Coweta. These boards passed importer checks before connection. Empty listings are not proof of complete buyer coverage; current production results appear on the feed status page.
New state filters, ZIP search, school and college inventories, all 64 parishes and all 64 Colorado counties, incorporated-place inventories, and official court and district gateways are available. 12 Louisiana feeds and 14 Colorado feeds are configured, with current success, partial results and access failures shown on the state pages. Many buyer records are directory-only: individual municipal, school and special-district purchasing routes still need verification.
Research ranking as of October 7, 2026. These are expansion candidates; Louisiana and Colorado are now supported; Nevada and Arkansas remain expansion candidates. We rank them by verified starting routes, adjacency to current coverage and integration complexity, not measured subscriber demand.
1. Nevada
NEVADAePro provides state solicitations, and NGEM offers a shared registration route for participating public buyers.
Official vendor guidance was reviewed. Direct NEVADAePro automated access timed out in our check; no importer or completeness claim is established.
Expansion work: Verify county-equivalent purchasing routes and NGEM participants, then fill schools, utilities, housing, universities and tribal gaps. Separate construction qualifications from goods and services.
Arkansas has a public other-procurement-units board, but the July 2026 transition to SAP Ariba makes current routing a prerequisite.
The official transition notice was reviewed. Direct access to the procurement gateway timed out; legacy ARBuy alone is not a complete current-state feed.
Expansion work: Reconcile current Ariba opportunities, legacy ARBuy solicitations and other procurement units. Then map all counties, cities, school operators, colleges and utilities.
Direct gateway checks: NV: automated access not verified · AR: automated access not verified. A readable homepage does not mean the full procurement database can be imported.
What a statewide rollout must include
Reconcile every county or parish, then city and town buyers, public school operators, colleges, state agencies, utilities and special districts, housing, hospitals and tribal procurement. Link each buyer to its official purchasing route and label inventory-only records separately.
Connect permitted live feeds, test dates and amendments, preserve source links, and verify production refreshes and state, county and ZIP filters. Publish a gap matrix for buyers with registration-only or restricted access. No state is described as having every contract automatically imported.
Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Colorado. Find buyer routes and imported notices separately. School, college and county inventories help identify purchasing organizations; they do not count as open contracts.
E-rate technology requests cover participating public and private schools, libraries and consortia. Review recent requests separately, confirm the RFP deadline, and use buyer access filters to find registration routes or feeds.
17,586 public campus names are searchable and lead to their district or operator. A campus is not a separate feed; operators can share purchasing.
Public school inventory uses NCES CCD/EDGE 2024–25, supplemented by the New Mexico PED school directory retrieved October 2026; Texas also retains TEA AskTED May 2026 records. Private K–12 inventory uses the 2023–24 Private School Survey responding-school snapshot. It does not include every currently operating private school and does not prove a school advertises public bids. Postsecondary records include public, nonprofit and for-profit career institutions from the year shown on each profile.
NCES profiles are labeled as inventory profiles. Supplier registration, restricted portals, direct quotations and private procurement require separate buyer review. We do not collect student, family or personnel records.
Reconcile organization inventories and preserve existing buyer IDs.
Review official purchasing routes and designated supplier portals.
Check source access rules and parse public notices with dates, status and document links.
Test search, state filters, campus routing, deadlines and source status before publication.
Oklahoma county entries currently link to the official county-website catalog; its downloadable 2019 data was unavailable. County-specific purchasing routes remain unverified. These checks reduce gaps; they do not establish exhaustive coverage. A configured feed can be temporarily unavailable. Use live timestamps and failures on the coverage page.
More channels to review
School operations
Facilities, HVAC, cleaning, grounds, food, uniforms, supplies and equipment. Search both the operator and its cooperative.
School technology & E-rate
Broadband, network equipment, cybersecurity and support. Public and eligible private schools may advertise through FCC Form 470 and a separate RFP.
Transportation
Bus services, fleet repair, parts, fuel, airport work and transit equipment.
Construction & qualifications
Public works, roofing, renovation, design RFQs, engineering and construction management. Qualification rounds differ from construction bids.
Cooperative & job-order contracts
Master contracts, cooperative vendor solicitations and JOC opportunities. Awarded contract catalogs are not new open bids.
Utilities & special districts
Water, wastewater, irrigation, electric utilities, flood control, housing and special districts.
Healthcare & corrections
Hospital systems, detention facilities, behavioral health, food service and medical equipment.
Tribal & nonprofit procurement
Tribal governments, enterprises, housing authorities and nonprofit service providers. Each buyer sets its own vendor instructions.
Federal labs & prime subcontracts
Laboratory supplier channels and prime-contractor opportunities may sit outside state procurement boards.
Small quotes & vendor rosters
Some work is sourced from registered vendors or qualification lists without a broadly advertised RFP. Registration alone does not guarantee invitations.
Emergency & sole-source notices
Track separately: a notice of intent or award is not necessarily a competitive opportunity.
Leases, concessions & surplus
Separate revenue concessions and property transactions from purchases of goods or services. Surplus sales are not contractor bid opportunities.
