Data may be old, incomplete, or incorrect

Operation Opportunity is an independent discovery and preparation tool. Public notices can be amended, canceled, replaced, or closed before our next check. Saved results, dates, translations, filters, and links may be delayed or contain errors. We do not promise current, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free information. Always review the issuing agency’s current notice, attachments, amendments, deadline, time zone, and submission instructions. The official source controls.

No guarantees or professional advice

A listing, match, draft, reminder, or checked box is not an eligibility determination, certification, legal opinion, award, submission receipt, or promise of income. We cannot guarantee a contract, grant, funding amount, acceptance, business result, or response time. You are responsible for verifying your facts, qualifications, registrations, prices, representations, and required disclosures. Do not rely on this app as legal, tax, financial, or procurement advice; obtain qualified advice when needed. We do not submit or sign bids on your behalf.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this service and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, and the operator disclaims liability for losses arising from stale, missing, inaccurate, or changed information, missed deadlines, unavailable sources, or reliance on app results. This provision does not exclude liability or waive rights, remedies, duties, or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable federal or state law. It does not excuse our own unlawful conduct.

Public information only

Do not submit or upload personal identifiers or contact details, patient or inmate records, protected health information (PHI), classified material, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled material, passwords, or confidential procurement data. Public availability alone does not make a record appropriate to republish. We import limited opportunity metadata and link to the official source rather than copying contacts, attachments, or full source narratives. See Privacy & data for screening limits and the account information needed to operate the service. A public notice saying a clearance is required is different from classified content; users must verify the actual requirement with the agency.

Coverage, translation, and eligibility

Coverage focuses on Texas and New Mexico; some federal grant searches are national. We do not aggregate every agency or public opportunity. State grant portals may administer both state and federal funds. Corrections coverage concerns public purchasing opportunities, never patient, inmate, or security-operation records. Clearance filters use explicit public title wording only; “not specified” is neither a requirement nor a waiver. Veteran status alone does not establish a business set-aside certification. Mexican Spanish interface text and any unofficial translation are aids; original agency documents and their submission-language rules govern.

Sources used in this version

The following registry includes connected data sources and official directory links. Only sources labeled connected supply imported notices. See the source directory for each connection’s status and scope.

Independently operated. No government, military, or source-agency endorsement or affiliation is implied. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A disclaimer does not establish legal compliance; applicable federal and state obligations still apply.
